How far in advance should I schedule my annual check-up?

Although it varies, routine appointments are usually booked approximately 1-3 months in advance. If you are an established patient, we will send a reminder to you when it’s time to schedule your annual exam, or you may schedule your annual when you are checking out of your current appointment.

I’m a new patient. How should I prepare for my first appointment?

The best way to come prepared for your first appointment is to give your email address to the scheduler when you make your appointment. You will receive an email from Cornerstone Clinic for Women with a link to complete a pre-visit interview. This must be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are not able to complete your pre-visit interview at home within this time, we will assist in rescheduling your appointment.

What is your Cancellation/No Show Policy?

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. However, a 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment or you will be charged a fee. See Cancellation/No Show Policy.
