can i pre purchase genie for just the days i have park passes and reservatopns or do i have to buy as you say for the entire lenghth of stay. im staying 6 going parks 4 can i pre purchase the 4 days ?
Michael, I would expect you’d only be purchasing Genie+ for the days you’ve got Park Passes and tickets. If you’ve already got tickets and Park Passes, give Disney a call to see if they can add Genie+ for you.
Sorry if you’ve answered this but I am not getting it. Am I able to buy the two ala carte rides at the same time, or does it follow the same rules as genie plus?
And if I buy the ala carte ride I can still select the genie plus ride and they have nothing to do with each other?
Can you please make a video and print out for Disneyland once Genie+ launches there? Even though it is the same app, they are totally different parks with many different rides, so there seems there will be many differences between Disney World and Disneyland. Thanks.
The font you used for this is not good. I can’t read it at all in a black and white printout.
Please use a readable font.
I’m still confused cuz it says 15 dollars per person per day so do I have to pay that for three people plus the cost of the ride on top of that?
Victoria, there are two separate pay options. Disney Genie+ costs $15 per person, per day. It allows you access to 40+ attractions at Disney World, booking them in the My Disney Experience app one at a time throughout your day. You do not pay an additional fee for the rides in Genie+. The second pay option is called Individual Attraction Selections. Those rides are NOT part of Genie+, and you pay for them separately, and they are priced individually. You can read all about these options here.
Rob, we will be reporting on Genie+ when it launches on the west coast!Gina, I think you may still need to call Disney to add it. I know there were some issues with trying to add it online.
Cindy, you’re correct on both. You can buy your two “a la carte” Individual Attraction Selections at the same time, carrying both of them simultaneously in your My Disney Experience app. You can also make a Genie+ selection and keep that in the app at the same time. Does that help clarify?
Absolutely; thanks so much!Your Disney Genie Printable “What is Disney genie”
Is unreadable with the blueish background and a waste to print unless you have a large magnifier.
Why not just make it a PDF or Word document without the background colors so it can be read.
It’s really becoming a lot more difficult to just visit; they’re taking a lot of the fun out of it. 😟
