The management of Provincial Housing Authority is committed to extend comprehensive services focusing on provision of best housing schemes with all basic facilities including educational, recreational, residential and civic services. The present government is acquiring more land for future housing projects to facilitate its citizens to have modest housing facilities.
The population of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa faces growing scarcity of housing units and the problem is aggravating but it is good to share that the present government is sincere to address the problems of housing sector for low earners and general population to provide shelter and basic needs to living.
The Housing Department / PHA is not only completing the on-going schemes but also working on mega housing schemes i.e. Motorway City Nowshera, Model Town Peshawar, Express Way to Model Town Peshawar, Mega City Kaghlasht Boni District Chitral & Mega City at Damtor District Abbotabad.
The project Institutional Strengthening of Housing Department and the various studies under the project are in good progress. I hope the efforts of our experts in selected three fields i.e. Media & Communication, Energy & Environment and Information Technology will strengthen the Department / PHA successfully.
